Who is the diary for?

Independent, mobile, home-based and chair-renting hairdressers who want to keep client details organised and offer straightforward online booking.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The Android app is available on Google Play. You can also use the diary in your phone’s browser or sign in on a computer.

Do my clients need an account to book?

No. They open your booking link, choose a service and an available time, then enter their details. You choose which services are bookable and which requests need your approval.

Does it send WhatsApp messages automatically?

No. The diary prepares personal drafts for booking confirmations, appointment reminders and review requests. You check each message and send it yourself in WhatsApp. You stay in control.

Can I try the diary before signing up?

Yes. The interactive demo lets you explore fictional client files, visits, loyalty and an editable booking profile, without creating an account.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

The trial includes the complete diary and needs no card details. To keep using the diary after the trial, choose the £6.99 monthly subscription and add payment securely. There is no automatic charge for starting a trial.
